Solar Writer has a variety of options that may be set by the user. These affect the chart calculation and display, the report layout, and date and time entry and display formats.
>> To view the available general options
Choose “General Options...” from the “Options” menu.
This will display the General Options dialog, which contains a variety of grouped options that are accessible by clicking on the tabs across the top of the dialog. The options available under each tab are described in the following sections.
There are also options that relate only to specific report types.
>> To view the available report specific options for the Dynamic report
Choose “Dynamic Options...” from the “Options” menu. A Dynamic report must have been previously selected before this option will appear on the Options menu.
This will display the Dynamic Options dialog, which contains a variety of grouped options that are accessible by clicking on the tabs across the top of the dialog. The options available under each tab of these dialogs are described in the following sections.
