Printing the Report

1.In the “File” menu select Page Margins.
This allows you to set the required margins (non-printing regions) of each page, either in inches or centimetres. When you choose the “Apply” button, the report is reformatted to fit the new margins, which may take a moment. Any changes you make to margins are remembered for future sessions.
>> To print the current report
1.In the “File” menu select Print.
If the printer is not already set up according to your wishes, then you can alter the printer’s properties (such as page size and print quality) by selecting the Properties button, before finally printing. You can also choose a limited range of pages to print, and the number of copies you require from this dialog.
